Exchange & Return
No worries, it is ok to have a change of mind. You may return products bought from Hoppi Loppi as long as the following conditions are met:
- Product is purchased not more than 30 days ago.
- Product is brand new, in original and undamaged condition and not removed from original packaging.
- The original packaging is undamaged.
2. How can I return a product?
To return a product, please make sure all the conditions stated under "1" are met. Here’s how to return a product:
i. Contact us at ask@hoppiloppi.co with the following information:
- Personal details: Name (first name / last name); Email Address; Mobile Number
- Invoice / Order Number:
- Date of purchase: dd.mm.yyyy
- Reason for return:
- I don’t like the product
- I had different expectations [please specify]
- The product is damaged [please specify/add photo]
- Other reason [please specify]
ii. We will reply your email authorising you to send back your product.
iii. Print the Return Request Form (we will email it to you) and include this form with your return product.
iv. Get the product and return form ready for pickup. (We will arrange pickup with agreed date / timing)
v. Note that the cost of return is with the customer.
vi. After we have received your return product we will assess the product for any damage. Note the we reserve the right to reject a return should the return conditions not be met.
vii. You will receive an email from us notifying you whether your return has been accepted. If your return is accepted we will refund the money to you.
3. Can I exchange a product?
We do not allow exchanges. However you may return your item (refer to the return conditions under "1"; follow the steps listed under "3" and then purchase a new one.
