Shipping Information
We deliver via local courier to Singapore addresses.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered with any purchase of SGD 100 and above.
3. How much does it cost for delivery?
We provide free standard delivery for orders above SGD 100. Otherwise, a flat fee of SGD 8 is imposed for delivery in Singapore. Delivery to Sentosa requires a top-up of SGD 5.
4. How long does it take for local delivery?
Usually it takes 3-5 working days for items to be delivered. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Should you wish for same day / next day delivery you may contact us at ask@hoppiloppi.co for other delivery options.
5. Can I choose to pickup products from you?
We currently only offer delivery options. Please feel free to contact us at ask@hoppiloppi.co to let us know your interest in a pick up solution so that we can start looking into this.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only deliver within Singapore. However, you could contact us at ask@hoppiloppi.co if you need a quote to be delivered outside of Singapore.
